life while walking in the footsteps of those who once called

Roscoe Village is filled with locally-owned businesses,
pubs, and restaurants housed in historic buildings. Stroll the
brick sidewalks and visit shops that specialize in hand-crafted
leather, gourmet dog treats, fine jewelry, clothing, home decor,
art, pottery, and American Flags. Many of these items are
produced in Coshocton! Most shops are open daily until 5
PM, with restaurants open well into the evening.
Some of Roscoe Village’s annual events have been held
for over half a century! The Apple Butter Stirrin’ Festival is
held each October and celebrates Autumn traditions that
include demonstrations of apple butter cooking in copper
kettles over fires, live performances of music and dance,
activities for kids, artist booths, food vendors, and special
tours that tell the spooky tales of times gone by.
Usher in the holiday season with Christmas
Candlelighting, held the first two Saturdays in December.
Activities include holiday-themed tours and shopping, pictures
with Santa, strolling carolers, and other seasonal surprises. At
dusk, luminaries line the street and candles shine in shop
windows as friends old and new gather in the center of the
village to participate in the tree-lighting ceremony, where
memories and music are shared and the light is passed from
              candle to candle.
Other special events and activities include Corvette
Cruise-in, Spring and Fall Homeschool Days, and a Food Truck
Festival. Whether visiting for a day of shopping and tours or
attending special events, Historic Roscoe Village is the
              perfect destination year-round!
